Lawrence Ogedegbe is the Lead Partner of EHIJIMEDE & ASSOCIATES. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015 after obtaining his Law Degree at the University of Lagos. Earlier in 1998 he obtained his first degree in Mass Communication at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the Lagos State University.
Before his sojourn into full time legal practice he garnered over 22 years’ experience as both a commercial and mortgage banker where he had hands on experience in Business Development, Credit and Recovery, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Administration and Corporate Strategy.
His corporate experience has imbued him with special knowledge and skills to handle legal transactions with professionalism as he is able to view issues from diverse perspectives and proffer pragmatic and innovative legal solutions by simplifying complex legal problems. His select areas of interest include Property Law, Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Labour and Employment Law, Intellectual Property, and Debt Recovery.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
